Edema/Oedema-However you spell it, leg elevation isn't the ONLY solution!

Antioxidants and Free Radicals; What ARE they - and how can they be involved in so many health issues?

Why Collective?

and why

Ability?

Dr Paul McElroy, Immunologist - click here to see why he teaches about eating yourself WELL  We are Paul & Marguerite McElroy and we make up Collective Ability, an information resource which has grown out of our own story:  Marguerite, an ex-social worker, developed Post Polio Syndrome about 10 years ago ~
Maggi McElroy - Social worker, personal skills consultant, foodie - recovering from Post Polio syndrome. Click here for her Social Worker's Tale or go to About Us for her informal CV

and Paul, a medical research scientist, set about looking for what might be of help to her. Paul, who has a PhD in Immunology, has used his scientific expertise to discover well-documented and scientifically rigorous findings about nutrition that have led to Maggi's massively improved health and well being.

The mission of COLLECTIVE ABILITY is to share  this information with you - so that you, too, can help yourself to health with pro-active nutrition.

To answer the question set above - Science and Complementary Health DO work together - or as we put it - they are Collectively Able to bring about health and well-being.
